1. Go to www.outlook.com
2. Click Create Free Account
3. Enter New Prefer Email
4. Select either outlook.com or hotmail.com
5. Enter Prefer Password
6. Enter your First Name and Last Name
7. Select Country/Region and Date of Birth
8. Complete the Robot Verification Challenge
9. Microsoft Hotmail account created
